Look for the green download buttons under each speaker for the audio interviews and the yellow download buttons for the PDF transcripts. How do I download MP3’s directly into my mobile device?
For iPhone/iPad/iTouch Devices:
You can download this MP3 to your iPhone/iPad/iTouch by using a free app called “Documents 5.” After you have installed the app, open it up and go to the built in website browser. It works just the same as Safari and Chrome and can be found via the compass icon in the bottom menu.
1. In the browser navigate to the download page: http://healingwiththemasters.com/downloads/
2. Click on the Audio Download button.
3. You will be asked to save the file.
4. Click Done
5. The downloaded files will be stored in the ‘Downloads’ folder inside the Documents section.
Enjoy – you can then listen to as often as you want – online or offline.
For Android Smartphones & Tablets:
You can download this MP3 to your Android smartphone and tablet by using a free app called “Download Manager for Android and follow its instructions.”
WHY DOESN’T THE NEWEST SPEAKER’S AUDIO REPLAY?
This is likely a browser issue, and clearing your browser cache should solve the problem. This is how you clear your browser’s cache:
Firefox > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content > Clear Now > OK
Click the main Firefox button in the upper-left corner of the browser window and select “Options” from the right side of the resulting drop-down menu. Choose the “Advanced” tab located on the right-hand side of the navigation bar and select the “Network” sub-tab underneath. Click the “Clear Now” button within the “Cached Web Content” section near the top, then click the OK button on the bottom-right corner of the window.
Google Chrome users:
Open settings from the upper right corner. Choose the “Clear browsing data…” tab and check the box next to “Empty the cache.” Click the button “Clear browsing data” at the bottom. Exit and re-launch the browser.
Internet Explorer users:
Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing history > Delete… Check the box directly left of “Temporary Internet files and websites files” and click the gray “Delete” button in the bottom-right corner of the window. Exit and re-launch the browser.
Safari users (Mac):
Choose Develop > Empty Caches from the upper toolbar (use Preferences to show it, if needed). Exit and re-launch the browser.
I REALLY LIKE [guests speaker’s] INTERVIEW, BUT I CAN’T FIND THE REPLAY. IS THERE AN ARCHIVE WHERE I CAN ACCESS THIS FILE?
The replays are only available for 48 hours after the end of each call (sometimes more), and we don’t place them in a public archive once that time has passed.
The only way to access the interviews after the 48-hour replay time is to purchase the series package (which you can do here http://healingwiththemasters.com/purchase/).
We hope you understand… we are one of the few teleseminars out there that offer a 48-hour listening time which we have found to be more than enough to allow the majority of our audience to catch the calls.
AND this is also our business — the small (quite small) percentage of those who purchase the series allow us to keep the program free for all (isn’t that just the BEST model?).

We love that you are looking for our emails in anticipation of the calls, but unfortunately, we don’t have any control when an email actually arrives in your Inbox.
Messages are placed in the queue 2+ hours before the start of each call, and we can’t guarantee that an email will be received on time. A lot depends on your email provider.
We suggest that you put the calls into your calendar, that way you will always know that the call is about to happen and be reminded of that. (Put the dial in numbers and Webcast links in there too, so you will be completely ready.)

WHY DON’T YOU GIVE THIS AWAY FOR FREE? WHY CHARGE FOR IT?
Such a great question! First, it IS free. Everyone has the opportunity to listen to the live shows and replays for 48 hours (and frequently much longer).
Unlike TV, there are no commercials. Unlike most websites, there is no advertising or sponsorships. We do sell things… at a huge discount and only things related to your growth and health.
This income allows us to fund the company and infrastructure to keep almost everything free. It also funds philanthropic projects. Last year we gave $130,000 to build 5 schools in Africa.
All that on a business run on the premise of offering free shows and listening opportunities. We love what we are doing!
THE LINK IN THIS EMAIL ISN’T WORKING.
That is sometimes the way the email provider delivers your email to you, and what format they deliver it in. But also sometimes we make a mistake.

HOW DO YOU ASK A QUESTION ON THE WEBCAST DURING A LIVE CALL?
If you go to the webcast link and schedule page, you will see a separate link for each speaker. This webcast page is where you type in your questions during the live call.
Simply type your question in the box provided and submit it; Jennifer will see the questions. ALSO note that the webcast has a 17-second delay, so if you are asking something in reference to what was just said, Jennifer and her guest may have already moved on.
HOW DO I INTERACT AND RECEIVE FROM THE LIVE SPEAKERS?
We open the lines of most calls with speakers in the last part of the show. We mostly work with those who have dialed in and are on the phone with us. We sometimes answer questions on the question form but the majority of the interaction will be with our live “dialed-in” callers. This allows a more interactive process that creates a more significant experience for all participants.
You “raise your virtual hand” by pressing *2 on your phones keyboard. Typing in *2 on the question and answer form will NOT work. *2 is a code that is used only for those dialed into the live calls.
Why did Jennifer not call on me in the live call, I’ve had “my hand up” on several calls?
You will have noticed that the speaker chooses a number at random from among the number of hands that are raised on the call. AS soon as you press *2 on your phone’s keypad your hand will be raised and automatically assigned a number in the order it was raised.
We believe that those chosen represent the highest answer for the whole group of souls that are listening whether it is live or on the recording later. If you trust this, your personal questions will be answered by the person that is working directly with the speaker.
Holding an intention with each call that the PERFECT person be chosen to support you and all at the highest levels yields miraculous results.
Why aren’t all the speakers live?
We attempt to book all speakers as live calls, unfortunately every so often a speaker’s schedule has to change at the last minute, forcing a pre-record to happen instead of live. We believe the pre-recorded show is as powerful as a live call.
WHY HASN’T JENNIFER USED MY QUESTION DURING THE LIVE CALL?
Because there are so many participating in the calls, Jennifer receives literally hundreds of questions. Since there is only one hour to explore with these amazing speakers, she chooses to focus on the conversation at-hand and tracks that energy for the next question.
The questions she does ask during the call sometimes come from an aggregate of audience questions that are formulated on a common theme.
AND she might also choose a question that she intuits is in perfect alignment for the soul group participating in that call in the moment.
So, please don’t take it personally that she does not take your question… she is not ignoring you!
