Why doesn't the newest speaker's audio replay?

This is likely a browser issue, and clearing your browser cache should solve the problem. This is how you clear your browser's cache:

Firefox users:
Tools – Options – Advanced– Network – Offline Storage – Clear Now – OK. Restart browser.

Internet Explorer users:
Tools – Internet Options – General – Temporary Internet files – Delete Files – Apply - OK. Restart browser.

Safari users (Mac):
Click on Safari in the upper toolbar and Select Empty Cache; Click Empty on the Are you sure message box. Exit and re-launch the browser.


I really like (guests speaker’s) interview, but I can’t find the replay. Is there an archive where I can access this file?

The replays are only available for 48 hours after the end of each call (sometimes more), and we don’t place them in a public archive once that time has passed.  

The only way to access the interviews after the 48-hour replay time is to purchase the series package (which you can do here http://www.healingwiththemasters.com/buy.htm).

We hope you understand... we are one of the few teleseminars out there that offer a 48-hour listening time which we have found to be more than enough to allow the majority of our audience to catch the majority of the calls.

AND that this is also our business -- the small (quite small) percentage of those who purchase the series allow us to keep the program free for all (isn't that just the BEST model?).

Is there a way to purchase individual interviews?  

I am afraid that option is not available at this time... the logistics of managing thousands of individual sales are just to great for our infrastructure right now. We did purposefully keep the price of the packages at a VERY low point to make them affordable for all. Essentially three individual audios are worth the whole package at the "Downloadable Only - Option One".

I just received this email about the call starting, and the call has already ended:

We love that you are looking for our emails in anticipation of the calls but unfortunately, we don't have any control when an email actually arrives in your Inbox.

Messages are placed in the queue 2+ hours before the start of each call, and we can’t guarantee that an email will be received on time. A lot depends on your email provider.

We suggest that you put the calls into your calendar then you will always know that the call is about to happen and be reminded of that. (Put the dial in numbers and Webcast links in there as well so you will be completely ready.)

Such a great question! The program is designed to allow ALL to participate for free AND to provide an income to Jennifer's McLean MasterWorks company. This income allows us to deliver an extremely powerful high quality program using the revenue to apply new ways of delivering and creating new products and solutions for you.

Just like paying for food or soap, this is food for the soul, and it takes a business to run it. And again allows ALL to experience the program for free.


The link in my email isn’t working

That is sometimes the way the email provider delivers your email to you, and what format they deliver it in. But also sometimes we make a mistake. If any of the links don't work then simply "copy" and "paste" the link into your browser (where it says "http://www..." in your browser, you can type in that window) and click "Enter" on your keypad and it should get you there.


Why is Jennifer's voice so loud, please adjust the volume

Sometimes the guest speaker is using a cell phone or a phone that doesn't have the best receiver. We are using telephone technology so there isn't a way to change volumes on the live calls. Jennifer's studio uses the best technology so she is often clearer on the calls than her guests.

Because the calls are so large (over 1500) there is not technology that is available yet to manage a conference call that would offer the capabilities to adjust volumes. AND there is no technology available that would still make it super easy for you to use it (without a PhD in their software).

The GOOD NEWS is that if you are triggered by the volumes on the live calls then wait to listen to the recordings (found here). Each live call is re-mastered to ensure the volumes are balanced and then posted as the recordings.


How do you ask a question during the call?

If you go to the webcast link and schedule page, you will see a separate link for each speaker. This webcast page is where you type in your questions during a live call.

Simply type your question in the box provided and submit it, Jennifer will see the questions. ALSO note that the webcast has a 17 second delay so if you are asking something in reference to what was just said Jennifer and her guest may have already moved on.


Why hasn't Jennifer used my question in her call?

Because there are so many participating in the calls Jennifer receives literally hundreds of questions per call. Since there is only an hour to explore with these individuals she focuses on the conversation at hand and tracks that energy for the next question.

The questions she does ask during the call sometimes come from an aggregate of audience questions that are formulated on a theme.

AND she might also choose a question that feels to her, as a perfect alignment for the soul group participating in that call in the moment.

So please don't take it personally that she does not take your question... she is not ignoring you!
